Saturday, December 29, 2018 - Probably the most perfect bottle of California Cabernet I've experienced. Took some time to open up (2 hours in decanter). Was even better the next evening, which indicates ample tannins for much longer ageing. Have another bottle, but saving for 2025 :-)
