Sunday, December 17, 2017 - Drank this with Big-Eye tuna seared very rare on a cast iron skillet, seasoned with black pepper and coarse sea salt. Slightly earthy, dark fruited nose. Delicious, vibrant, focused fruit with appropriate acid when tasted. Paired well with rare tuna, tho I'm not likely to search for more.
