Tuesday, December 2, 2014 - Very approachable after just 15 mins of air. Cool, Northern Rhone syrah, floral with pebbly dark fruit, pepper and spices and notes of smoked meat. This is very light, poised, very precise and pure. Pure joy right now, no harm drinking it here, but I'm sure it will age nicely too for 5-10 yrs.
