Sunday, September 6, 2020 - Genuine, wonderful Northern Rhône Syrah. Drinks like a Cote-Rotie, really, with notes of violets, olives, bacon/smoked meat. There’s lovely dark fruit, notes of tobacco, smoke, pepper. Tres bon vin. Ready to drink and I don’t think it will improve from here.
