Bonus pour for club members being in our party. This was coravin'ed for us and generously gave us a few sips for our party of 10. It had a slight bricking, a bit worn and past its prime, but really a nice way to cap off the tasting to see how Fay can evolve over the years. I'd suggest 3-8 years on Fays, 5-12 years on SLV and 20+ for Cask 23, although certain vintages certainly differ!
