Monday, September 17, 2018 - Great Older Wines at the Place to Drink Great Older Wines (Tampa FL): Opened and decanted 2+ hours. Very backward when first opened, seemingly black. Floral and spiced when served with both black and red fruit, alongside earth hints, but so fresh for its age. Incredibly elegant in glass, this kept evolving and unfolding in exciting ways.
