Monday, December 11, 2006 - Popped and poured, then drunk over three nights. Deep dark purple color, nose of dark berries and a little earthy but not in a funky way. On the palate there is dark cherry, blueberry and a touch of spice ending with a 25 second finish. This wine actually improved over the three days it was opened and by the third night it was a pleasure to drink very well intergrated with a medium mouth feel. A great QPR at less then $12 a bottle.
