Tuesday, October 22, 2019 - Great food wine, especially if it’s a tomato based dish! The nose is showing strong signs of development and in a great place with stewed red and black cherry. The palate is showing nice acid, which drops with that bolognese sauce to show awesome red cherry and plum flavor. Drink now, I think it’s at its prime and probably doesn’t have more than a few years left.
