Saturday, December 10, 2016 - UWS 2016 End of year dinner (@ CdW and KvdK): No formal notes. The wine is still in the beginning of its maturity stage with ripe red and dark berries and round, but still a bit sticky tannin. Good acidity. Well balanced wine. Should save my last bottle for the early 2020’s.
