Saturday, April 7, 2018 - Dark colour. Vanilla nose at first then cassis. Leather on the palate, herbal finish. The only time I’ve preferred a claret at 6 years old when I loved it to 15. The wine seems to have lost it lovely aromatics and got more tannic. Could surprise us all and improve in time.
