Saturday, November 12, 2022 - 2nd bottle, first drank back in '16 that showed better. Hard to discern the Syrah typicity, but that might just be due to my unfamiliarity with Syrah in this Swiss terroir. Was M body with M+ acidity. Drank without food. Had a nice nose, but on the palate this wine showed better some years ago and it seemed to be slowly falling apart in terms of the structure. Drink up!
