Sunday, May 2, 2021 - Drinking quite nicely already, but so MOR it came across as really boring; maybe I have been drinking too many grower Champagnes recently! Flavours tended towards the citrusy but the sunny vintage beneath was obvious. I will leave the other bottles a while to see if something more interesting emerges. (Edit - I sold them all instead)
