Sunday, June 27, 2021 - Drank for Father's day 2021.

excellent entry level vintage champagne (whatever that means..)

Beautiful pale golden color that suggests some age.

Lots of citrus (lemon/lime/grapefruit) of the "ripe" variety backed by pie crust and autolytics on the nose. No sign of fatigue at all some years post disgorgement.

Medium bodied with high acidity and a wonderful round mouthfeel. Very impressive depth of flavor with a delicious medium plus lip smacking finish. The bottle disappeared quickly which is always a good sign.

I would drink now, but this stuff will easily last another decade if stored properly.
