Sunday, April 20, 2014 - Moderately deep red with brick edge to colour. Interesting aroma, not overtly fruity, mineral-like aroma, hot stones, but still very fresh. Possibly green almonds, with some high volatile acid-type notes. Very dry palate, maybe a bit too dry, flat rather than rounded, with a tingling fresh acidity at the finish. Moderate weight but very pleasing and well balanced.
