Wednesday, June 1, 2011 - Deep ruby core, narrow pale ruby rim. Perfumed, classy nose showing black fruit, vanilla, florals, hints of meat and bacon fat. Medium bodied on the palate, blackberry and blackcurrant fruit, vanilla, hint of meatiness, soft tannins, medium depth and length finish.
