Friday, December 2, 2016 - 1 glass coravined. Deep ruby/garnet core, narrow pale rim. Developed, smoky nose, blackcurrant fruit, lots of smoky bacon, touch of black olive. Medium/full bodied, soft, tactile, black fruited, bacon, game, fresh acidity, very good length finish. Very good indeed/excellent.

Finished 22/2/17 - no deterioration. Spicy, bacony, savoury yet florally, soft tannins, some funk, touch of soil and just a hint of grip on the finish. Excellent.
