Thursday, November 26, 2015 - Enjoyed 4 bottles with Thanksgiving dinner. Decanted for 90 mins, at it's peak. Smooth, balanced, tannic with a long finish, a wonderful CDP. I will finish the remaining bottles in the next 6 months.
