Friday, May 21, 2010 - Opened an hour after pulling the cork to aroma of violets and full Rhone fruit. Tannin moderate but still good, acid fine for more aging. Stood up to spicy spaghetti sauce with lots of garlic. Keep a few years or drink now, but air before drinking.
