Thursday, September 30, 2021 - Distinctly Brett driven, spicy leather mushroom, horsey, changing the fruit to a tart leather and root vegetables, wild herbs, super complex and a resolves texture suggests this is in a good spot now though should be in this state for a 3-5 years longer before it enters its twilight.
