Sunday, December 10, 2023 - First from a six pack bought EP. Classic meaty Cote Brune. Lots of bacon, raspberry fruit and meaty broth. The fruit is there but not up front. Best between 3-4 hours after decanting. Still some tannin but it fills out well. Mid weight but dense raspberries, more ham than bacon in the flavour, classy. Early maturity. This will drink well for 10+ years.
