Friday, November 8, 2013 - Kind of a revelation for a Sonoma Chard. It has a mineral almost carnal seaweed umani that I associate with Chablis. With more air there is some oak noticeable but works quite well with the fruit and acidity. Very fine texture in the mouth, and a nice finish. High quality stuff, I'm very impressed.
