Sunday, December 25, 2022 - I've had this cellared since it was released in (2014 I think). I bought two bottles then and this is the first time I have opened one. It was worth the wait. I think Jordan generally makes high quality wines, but if you are in a restaurant, or buy from the store, they are the newest release typically and then you end up drinking it way too young. I stayed disciplined with these two bottles and resisted the temptation to pull from my cellar until they were at least 10 years old. Now I can't wait for the next one. This was such a complex wine, rich tannins but not overwhelming, amazing after taste that left me both thinking/trying to identify the menagerie of flavors and savoring the taste all at the same time. Should continue to evolve for many more years.
