Saturday, December 24, 2016 - Opaque garnet hue. Black currant, cherry, cedar, and tobacco leaf on the nose. Elegant and refined on the palate with juicy fruit, fine tannins, and nice balancing acidity. Blend of 77% Cabernet Sauvignon, 16% Merlot, 5% Petit Verdot, 2% Malbec. Paired nicely with Beef Wellington.
