Saturday, February 26, 2022 - Notes from memory. Dark, sweet red and blue fruit with a nice savory streak into the finish. Seemed a little on the sweeter side, but has good structure and acidity. Consumed without food and was fine on its own as a cocktail. Drink 2022-2026. Technical score: 92. Enjoyment score: 91.
