Sunday, May 9, 2021 - In an interesting place between initial maturity and youthful power.
Some sour black cherry notes, herbs and a faint smokiness in a deep note. Very long aftertaste with some surprising alcohol warmth. Just starting to blossom so while it drinks well now, I'll save my next bottle for 3-5 years
