Monday, March 20, 2017 - First note is that there is an industrial cork in the bottle. It's high quality and super dense. There as barely any red on the cork at all. Clear acid with undertones of cherry. I would suggest a few hour decant before drinking if possible. Based on the cork and the acidity I tasted, this wine can stay in the cellar awhile as well if you choose to let it ride.
