Tuesday, March 15, 2016 - Monthly Tuesday group #007: Pinot Noir vs Spätburgunder (By MW): In the bouquet ripe red berries, herbs like thyme and some salty licorice. On the palate juicy red berries, herbs, some smoke, firm acidity, a touch of sweetness and round tannin. Overall an ok very supple wine, but not extremely interesting. Disappointing considering the Domaine. Ready now. 86 – 87.
