Thursday, May 21, 2020 - Hour and a half decant. This is my third bottle of this vintage over the last six years and the progression of development has been a great lesson in what aging does to a bottle of wine. Three years ago this was somewhat overblown and very concentrated, three years later aging has mellowed this in a positive way, stepping down the tannins and adding an element of complexity that has taken years to appear.
