Wednesday, February 4, 2015 - Orange peel and perfume bouquet with some heat showing through. Rose bush bramble and nettles, raspberry, soy, black pepper and coffee cake notes on palette. Heat comes through on finish again but the overall expression is fruit and spice with a bite.
