Monday, January 4, 2016 - Blind tasted at GuildSomm class. Nose shows raisins, carbonic ripening, pepper. Palate shows lots of fruit, high alcohol, baked pie, black/red/blue fruit shows uneven ripening grape like Zin, which most of us knew it was.
