85 Points

Thursday, August 3, 2017 - Color: deep ruby, medium-high opacity.
Nose: berries, black pepper.
Palate: fruity - dark berries, a fleeting tinge of basil; decent tannin content; well-balanced acidity and sweetness; lively without being loud.
Body: medium.
Finish: medium.

Comments: Lacks complexity and any distinctive characteristic, but it's an unpretentious and reasonably well rounded wine. Probably passed its prime a few months ago. Should be consumed within the next year or so.
