Sunday, April 16, 2023 - Surprisingly youthful. Deep maroon, with just some slight indications of age. Earthy, aged, quite rich nose. Nice palate, great balance, very good depth, long finish. Earthy; not joyously fruity, needs the right food. Quite glad that I have another bottle that I can keep for several more years, and see where this lands when closer to full maturity. Lots of sediment.
