Wednesday, December 26, 2018 - Nose: cherry, wild berry, dried cranberry, violets, tobacco, forest floor, smoke, nutmeg, licorice, roasted meat, beautiful and sophisticated nose
Taste: full bodied, high- tannins, high- acidity, sour cherry, dried cherry, prune, smoke, baking spices, lots of umami, earthy, black pepper, bitter chocolate, very long savory  finish,  huge structure, elegant, balanced, great concentration and intensity without being jammy, lots of everything but nothing too much, superb aglianico, no signs of age another 10 or even 20 years in bottle shouldn't be a problem
