Wednesday, June 25, 2014 - Pale straw in color with a nose of lemon, green apple, minerality, and hints of fresh honeysuckle. The palate is outstanding with a richness that is delicious, but still with lots of Chablis crispness. The wine is clearly very young and will definitely improve with cellar time. This is an absolutely outstanding Chablis. I will definitely be looking for more.
