- cherry - intense cherry, not oxidized or raisinated (ok, maybe a little raisinated, but not prominently)

Palate:
~200 g/L - super sweet
Acid is medium plus

Alcohol is low - 11.5%
No botrytis.

Conclusion: No idea what this is, other than a dessert wine made from a Bdx variety.
Actual: 2012 Peller Ice Wine - Cab Franc, Niagara
