Monday Night Blinds (Home (Noe st)): (blind) Pale ruby-chestnut color. Nose: - cherry - intense cherry, not oxidized or raisinated (ok, maybe a little raisinated, but not prominently) - pyrazines! Raw bell pepper! Palate: ~200 g/L - super sweet Acid is medium plus
Alcohol is low - 11.5% No botrytis.
Conclusion: No idea what this is, other than a dessert wine made from a Bdx variety. Actual: 2012 Peller Ice Wine - Cab Franc, Niagara
Interesting.

Sweet wine tasting (Le Petit Sommelier): The wine has a clear caramel color. The nose is clean, showing medium/medium+ intensity, fig and plum jam, honey and nutmeg, youthful. The wine is sweet, full body and high intensity, medium alcohol (11.5%) and med acidity, honey and raisin, fig and caramel, it felt "warmer" that the typical white grape based icewine but made it more interesting in the same time, fat but not cloying, med/med+ finish. Outstanding quality, drining well now but could hold
