Sunday, December 7, 2008 - We had this with apricot lamb chops on 12/7/08. It had a wonderful and very powerful bouquet of cassis, plum, espresso, chocolate, leather and smoke aromas. It was very dry, sour and mildly tannic on the palate with flavors of black currant, cherry, plum, leather, smoke and mocha. It had a long 50 second finish, was exceedingly complex and thoroughly enjoyable.
