Sunday, March 4, 2018 - Definitely don't vinturi this wine, it mutes it too much. We went for the regular decanter route and let it ride for about 60 minutes without a lot of swirling. There was a little bit of a ripeness on the nose of this one, even though 2011 was supposed to be a cooler vintage. After another hour a nice minerality shows up mid palate.
