Saturday, March 23, 2024 - What wine goes with Chinese food? Dinner (Phoenix Palace London): Perhaps the forgiving glasses, or perhaps the wine gods were smiling on us, but this was clean as a whistle and doing just what was asked of it. Lovely structure, vibrant fruit still. My red of the night and #2 wine.
