Saturday, May 26, 2018 - Two hours of decant time, the nose and palate present the same, with dark cherry, earth and garrigue. The tannins are ever present and don't relax completely but do unwind enough to allow the acidity to keep pace. A medium mouthfeel and a longer finish, this is a polished wine.
