Friday, February 12, 2016 - Popped and poured. Nose of black raspberry, bright cherry, cracked pepper, hints of herbs. On the palate, great texture and mouthfeel with flavors of blackberry and bright cherry along with sage and pepper. Nice balanced finish. Drink with a short decant or hold, no hurry.
