Tuesday, January 6, 2015 - 60% opaque dark ruby visually. On the nose it's a perfect combination of ripe strawberries and briar patch. On the palate the mouthfeel is surprisingly full given its light complextion. The flavor profile continues with the strawberry and reveals attractive herbal notes. Pitch perfect California Pinot Noir.
