Wednesday, January 13, 2021 - Big bold wine (14.5%) that goes well with roasts and marinated red meat. Mouth sensations of a riot of earthy dark fruit (black cherry, raspberry) and tannin. Surprisingly short finish. The fruit dissipates surprisingly fast once the wine is exposed to air.
