Saturday, October 29, 2016 - Good champagne. Wish it had a bit more acidity and a bit more "fresh" taste. Drinking nice almond, brioche, buttery taste with a mouth filling tiny warming bubbles, still some lemon, apples, pears, and some pineapple but just not in enough amounts. I have a few more and will finish them up fairly soon. I just don't remember acidity and fruit coming back in anything I've ever had before. Please correct me or let me know if I could expect it to come around.
