Sunday, April 16, 2017 - Bumping this one a point since last time I had it. My last bottle must have bit a little bit off. Same notes as last time but with more added tiny bubbles that gave it a nice lift. Fruits a bit more pronounced. A really good champagne. If you got these I recommend to make sure it's proper chilled and pour down the sides of the glass. NOTES FROM LAST TIME. Good champagne. Wish it had a bit more acidity and a bit more "fresh" taste.
EDITORIAL - NOW HAS MORE ACIDITY. Drinking nice almond, brioche, buttery taste with a mouth filling tiny warming bubbles, still some lemon, apples, pears, and some pineapple but just not in enough amounts -EDITORIAL - A BIT MORE LEMON, APPLES PEAR AND PINEAPPLE -A BUMP FOR ME. I have a few more and will finish them up fairly soon. I just don't remember acidity and fruit coming back in anything I've ever had before. Please correct me or let me know if I could expect it to come around. EDITORIAL STILL A BIT CONCERNED ABOUT THE BUBBLES. Will finish my last two bottles fairly soon.
