Likes this wine:

Saturday, March 10, 2018 - Dinner for Blair Walter at Noble Rot (Noble Rot, Wellington, NZ): Lighter gold than the Dom. Again, fine bubbles and good mousse. A more precise, lemony, citric, mineral and stoney bouquet than the Dom. Also that focus and precision evident on palate. Fresh, lively acidity. Still, a Champagne with good volume, power and weight. Citric, wet river boulder, pear, chalky mineral and smoke notes, with some plump creaminess. Again, readily accessible for drinking now. For me, the acid profile here gave it the edge over the Dom.
