Saturday, April 21, 2018 - Notes from Day 3 open. This showed a touch sweet when it was opened on Sat, and esp. next to the Prevost. Today, it is much better. Loads of biscuit today, with cool mint and grapefruit notes. Good acidity, and a clean, slatey finish. Very nice. Maybe needs more time?
