Friday, September 6, 2019 - Still on the Young side, with caramel and sweet apples on the nose, also a fresh minerality that adds to the complexity.
On the plate a lovely elegant mousse, high acidity but also rich sweet apples, mineral, grapefruit and sweet fudge that lasts a good twenty seconds.
