Thursday, August 12, 2021 - Guys Night Out Again!: Prep: 48 hour decant.....j/k! PnP!

Appearance: Golden with fine bubbles

Nose: Yeast, saline, brioche and hint of apple blossom.

Palate: Creamy pear, Meyers Lemon, seashell and toast with minerality and a nice mousse-feel going down. Drinking quite well!

Other notes: I think this wine just keeps getting better and better....not sure if it is bottle evolution, the vintage or bottle variation....I suspect a combination of the first two though. A solid 94 and no hurry too open, but won't be disappointed if you do (assuming this is a representative bottle).
