Wednesday, November 15, 2017 - Château Latour Vertical (Vaucluse): Cigar box and dark tobacco. Brooding relative to the ‘59. Palate is excellent with a developed mouthful of secondary red and black berry fruits. Tannic structure is still present in a big way. Always impressed with how robust this wine is. Consistently a hedonistic and towering piece of work.
